Our company is comprised of a highly skilled and talented management team and as such we realize many efficiencies. Our work is distributed into sectors which includes employee management, team development and continuous market research to expand our horizons.

In 1995 we opened our doors in Lethbridge, and now lead all builders in permits issued in the city of Lethbridge. Our Medicine Hat division celebrated its inaugural year in 2002 and we completed our expansion to Grande Prairie in the fall of 2004. During this time Avonlea Land Corporation was formed to ensure a steady supply of land for the future.

We are proud to bring you Preston Point in Medicine Hat — maintenance free adult living villas, Legacy Ridge North in Lethbridge — a family focused subdivision, and O'Brien Lake in Grande Prairie. With many more projects coming online we are excited to share these amazing living choices with you.

2008 marks our 14th anniversary and we are very proud of our accomplishments. From initially having a staff of two people, Avonlea now employs 40 full time employees.
